Premiere - Grand Rapids Ballet

Loughlan Prior's new work for Grand Rapids Ballet premiered on the 9th of February 2018, USA.

They/Them is an exploration of gender expression amongst a group of dancers and aims to present gender as a fluid construct, undefined by traditional binary ideologies. With an original score by Gareth Wiecko and gender neutral costumes designed by William Fitzgerald, this was Prior's first stage work to be presented in the United States.
